I was so excited about this session for about a million reasons…..older kiddos that I already knew I would love, beautiful weather, totally relaxed mom who is already a kindred spirit sort of person, just to name a few. When I left the house for this session I told my kids that the session was going to go one of two ways….
- I would be home super quick because the kids were super cooperative and we got done fast, OR
- I might be gone a long time because the kids were super cooperative and I couldn’t stop taking pictures.
You guess which.

Aren’t they gorgeous? Love all their dark hair and dark eyes! I could have photographed them all day!
I enjoyed these guys so much I am thinking of just adopting the whole family.

I think they might actually enjoy each others’ company too….though, clearly, this is not the age at which one might admit that sort of thing.

Real, genuine, full on smile. Reason = telling me the most embarrassing thing his sister has ever done.
So going into the session I knew that mom was hoping for lots of black and white images (which you know I love) but when this lovely girl got out of the car wearing a sweater that matched the little flowers in bloom on the hill, I admit, I did actually squeal out loud.

Love, love, love.
And one just for her…..

Love how soft and dreamy of vintage-y this one is.
And finally, one of my new favorites ever…..

Thanks to all three of you for such a fun afternoon for being so easy! I can’t wait for you to see ALL the rest of them!

What gorgeous smiles. Love all of them. The last is especially interesting and how clear is their reflection.
