I am admittedly a geek.
And sadly, not the good kind of tech-savvy, computer-handy geek.
I'm the "it's the little things that make me happy" kind of geek.
That being said (you've been forewarned) I finally finished putting together a splash page for the website/blog/facebook. Squeal! So fancy! Run on over there and check it out! Best part = you can come right back here from there and tell me how stinkin' fabulous it is!! Can you tell I'm just a little excited about it…and mostly because I actually figured it all out on my own! (except for a little wording advice from a friend…thanks E!)

Well I am no expert but my best guess description would be just that you get to “home page” that gives you the choice of whether you want to see the website, blog, or facebook fan page…instead of just going directly to the website. Queen of things Geek….I’m sure you have an actual definition??

A splash page is traditionally graphics or animation intensive with no actual content — used to impress or to direct users to the actual website(s).
I’m with you, non-geek H, I needed the fancy geek definition, too. I think you succeeded, geek-in-training. It both impresses and directs users to your different sites.
