Blown Away { Seattle Family Beach Session }

I was blown away in more than one way this weekend.  Mostly because I only get to see these guys once a year and I can almost never believe how grown up they are getting…partly because it was a blustery day down at the beach.  We did their session down here last year too and I don’t think the weather could have been more different (well, I guess it could have snowed…but I’m so mot ready for that reality.)  Luckily these guys live close to the beach and get down here all the time so a little wind was no big deal for them.  Enjoy a little sneak peek of some of my favorites from the morning….

I adore this shot for about 70 reasons.  Total boy shot (very common view for all photographers and parents of boys of a certain age).  Gorgeous scenery.  Love the contrast of the golden grasses and the bright shirts and the blue horizon.  I think this would be super cool as a giant canvas…it has the arty scenery feel to it but it also has the boys in it.

Also big fat LOVE this one.  (Clearly am feeling less than traditional about my favorites this morning.)

There…a little more traditional and I love it just as much.

How adorable is he?  Sweetest smile and he is the biggest love around.  Lots of hugs for everyone this morning.

Absolutely gorgeous eyes on this kid.  (I say it every year).  And he’s getting so grown up I can hardly stand it.

Alright, there were too many that I adore, therefore it is fancy gallery time….be sure to click on them to see them bigger….
